Focaccia was founded by Executive Chef Sanjay K Gadh , a globally experienced chef who has worked in Michelin-starred kitchens across 20+ countries. His vision? To bring comfort food to life with bold, chef-driven flavors that everyone can enjoy.

Chef Sanjay’s journey began in India and took him through Europe, Turkey, and the U.S., leading major kitchens and earning culinary acclaim along the way. After recovering from a life-altering injury, he returned to the kitchen with more passion than ever — and launched Focaccia, where fusion meets feel-good food.

Harman Singh brings passion, precision, and energy to every shift at Focaccia. As a skilled line chef, he plays a key role in executing each dish with consistency and care, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during every service. Trained under Chef Sanjay Kumar G., Harman has developed a sharp eye for detail and a love for bold, balanced flavors.
